Friday night - Hey Ho, going as a sailor!

This friday night me and the band was booked for a gig on navy territory, and i, of course, couldn't help my self. I bought this dress last spring and hadn't worn it until now so i figured; perfect occasion!
I also wanted to style my hair in my new favourite way: The 40's peek-a-boo style!


This is the blank slate, ready to be worked on:

Slap on a bit of classic make up (my favourite of all time), and there ya go!

And then, finally; The dress, the Agent Provocateur stockings, some awesome sailor shoes, and you're all done:

So, well... When i saw these i just couldn't stop thinking about them! So... I went and bought them the next day... jupp i did! How amazing are they?!



Now i just have to wait for our first gig of the year so i can wear them!!!

They WILL be mine!! Moooaahahahaha!!!(evil laugh... don't know why..)

 HAHA. It took quite a while to get all of the spray and everything out of my hair the next day. Pink bathrobe.. me likee.

 But in the end i got it aaall out! And my hair was all flat again.. Dou!

I think i have a thing for skirts?

Sooo. Five years ago i wasn't really comfortable wearing skirts, don't know why, but the last four years i've totally fallen in love. Probably because i "found" myself a bit more growing up. Here are three of my favourits so far from the Pre Fall 2011 collections.

This first one is from ACNE's Pre Fall 2011 collection. I really, really love this fabric!!! Really... really like it..

This one is from Francesco Scognamiglio Pre Fall 2011 collection. I'm not crazy 'bout the boots, but i am loving the blouse and skirt together!

And finally... Ah... What can i say? I just adore it! It's from Luca Luca's Pre Fall 2011 collection. It really reminds me of a skirt i have that my grandma used to wear when she was young. It has the same sort of belt and if you couple it with a blouse, it's just like a little piece of heaven!

These AWSOME, kick ass boots from ACNE called "Storm" are some of the coolest boots i've seen in a long time. And i want them SO, SO bad! Unfortunately they will not be out for sale! Breaks my heart... jupp. Now it's broken.

FINALLY!

I had to deliver my shoes in to repair so they could put some extra strong stuff on the heel and tip so that it would last longer on these norwegian streets. I delivered them just a couple of days after i bought them so I've missed them sooooo much!! Didn't really get to know them before i had to hand them over to complete strangers... But today they were finally done and i could go get my babies!
