A Nuide Suit isn't just a grament by a brand it's a fenomenon! A style, a storyteller and the history of country as it should be.

Nudie Cohn was a tailor, the first one to put rhinestones on clothing. It stared in the 1930's and with him making g-strings for showgirls at that time. He quickly moved up and became the the Rhinestone Cowboy.

His suits became iconic. And everybody who was somebody big at that time in country influenced music wore his suits.

Now i'm browsing the net just looking at them... they are truly amazing and has inspired some of the great fashion houses to day. From MIU MIU's cummer collection 2010:

Sparkle up your soul and sing with the Turbos!

Last night we went to see Turboneger and then we moved on to a bit of beer drinking at an other location. I got so inspired this weekend that i couldn't help but dress up again! I bought this jumpsuit in Austin last year and this was the first time it was taken out to meet the public!

PS: I chose to wear my hair in the way that you don't brush it completely soft after curling it, but it can very well be worn that way too. If you do it in the right technique this style can last for two days and i often wear it in the brushed out version on day 2. I'll show you later, in a picture;)

Ok, i'm sorry, but there is a lot of pictures here... These are the treasures i brought home with me from Austin. They are all vintage. Hope ya like it!!

This is my new cowboy dress! I'm crazy about it. Didn't even try it on at the store, knew i just had to have it. Luckily it fits.

This is going to be one of my favourit summer dresses this year. It works with flats, heels and even boots.

I absolutely LOVE this dress. Found it hanging outside a store together with a lot of wierd stuff. And it was on sale! hey!

Awsome indian blouse with fringes in the front. Wehaa! 

And pants that should be used for summer picnics.

All classy. Got this at a reaaaally cool and cheap vintage store called "Cheap Cheap". It was really cheap. And it's pretty! Did i mention that it was really cheap? What a bargain.

This jump suit makes me want to dance again. I'm going to wear it with REALLY high heels. Jeey!

Ok, my boyfriend actually bought this vest...buuut he said i could borrow it as much as i want. So i just did. I LOVE it.

And my new boots. I-just-can't-get-enough...!

Ok, this jacket has to be one of the favourit things i brought home. I've been looking for a jacket like this for four years or something. And there it was, just hanging out waiting for me. I feel so lucky!
